TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2024 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s); 12/17/2024. Devan Fowels from Jones & DeMille to discuss recommendations and funding opportunities from the Water Master Plan. Discussion and vote on Impact fee Plan and Ordinance Jones & DeMille discussion on water master plan projects. Discussion of elected official's required annual conflict of interest form, with signatures Review of 23-24 CPA audit/review & self evaluation Discussion on available property for construction for the New Fire Department. Discussion and vote on library book locker installation and service for Sterling Discussion and vote on Jim having a company credit for travel, training and materials Additional Discussion(s) brought up, not to be voted on.
