Description/Agenda: PANGUITCH CITY PLANNING AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held during a regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning meeting on February 3, 2025, at 5 PM at the Panguitch City Office, 25 S 200 E. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow public comment on the proposed zone change for 750 East Center Street Panguitch, UT 84759. 750 E Center Panguitch, UT is currently an agricultural zone, and the real property owner is requesting the zoning be changed to a commercial zone. Commercial property permitted use allows storage units.
