REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2025 TOOELE CITY JANITORIAL SERVICES PROJECT Tooele City Corporation 90 North Main Tooele, Utah 84074 Notice is hereby given that TOOELE CITY CORPORATION (CITY) will accept proposals for the 2025 Tooele City Janitorial Services Project. The Project consists of providing cleaning services to eleven (11) of the City's public owned buildings. Separate sealed proposals will be received by the CITY in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday February 18, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF), and may be obtained by contacting Tooele City Parks, 255 South 100 East, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Tuesday January 21, 2025 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (435) 843-2140. All Proponents must register with the City in order to be considered for Award of the Contract. A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday February 5, 2025 at the Parks and Recreation Building located at 255 South 100 East, Tooele, Utah. Contractors who do not have a representative at the mandatory prebid meeting will not be considered.
