Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Meeting Date & Time: Thursday, January 16, 2025, 7 PM Meeting Place: Community Room (108 S. 100 E.) Excused: Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve November meeting minutes: Second: Business Items 1. Elect a new Executive Committee (review ballot and vote to confirm new leadership). 2. Conduct a 'Christmas at the Old Town Hall' event postmortem. 3. Outline process for compiling a 2025 project list at our February meeting. 4. Discuss SHPO grant (now open, closes 14 February). 5. Give an update on the carpet and furniture project for the Old Town Hall. Dates to calendar - 1 March: USHRAB annual grant round opens (application, budget form, and other supplementary documents due by April 15) - 13 June 2025: Annual SHPO Conference in Mt. Pleasant - 14-22 June 2025: Strawberry Days Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, February 20, 7 PM
