- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Underground Wastewater Disposal Ordinance Amendments DATE: Wednesday, February 19, 2025 TIME: 2:00 PM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The proposed ordinance amendments include the addition of an underground wastewater disposal system requirement for systems within 500 feet of a waterbody. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the 2 nd Floor Conference Room, Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
