NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.278 acres of property from 'R-1-8' (Single Family Residential) to 'R-1-6' (Single Family Residential). The property is located at approximately 987 South 225 East.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
