NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
Welcome and Roll Call
Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed (B Sheppard)
Public comment (B Sheppard)
Consideration for approval of the November 25, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes (B Sheppard)
Financial report on current expenses and budget (D Sanderson)
Discuss and adopt the GVLD Water Testing Policy (B Sheppard)
Review of existing GVLD policies and identify missing policies (P Gessel)
Closed Session: Discussion of potential real estate transaction
