Description/Agenda: THE COUNCIL WILL HEAR PUBLIC COMMENT ON COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENTS (COLA) AND MERIT INCREASES FOR ENTERPRISE CITY EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS. IT IS PURPOSED THAT THE 2025 FEDERAL 2.5% COLA BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. IT IS ALSO PURPOSED THAT A MERIT INCREASE OF UP TO 10%, BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. (THESE PURPOSED AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CITY COUNCIL'S DISCRETION AND NOT ALL POSITIONS WILL RECEIVE AN INCREASE). CURRENT PAY AMOUNTS FOR POSITIONS CAN BE FOUND ON THE STATE TRANSPARENCY WEBSITE. https://transparent.utah.gov
