SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday, January 16, 2025 Time: 10:00 A.M. EPHRIAM CITY HALL -Basement LOCATION: 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah 1. Welcome and Introductions 2. Matt Palmer: USU 3. Clerk Report: a) Quarter 2, SERA has been submitted to the UCC. b) Deposit and Investment report is done. c) Quarter 2, State Auditor Transparency report is done. d) Quarter 2, UCC Grant Reimbursement is ready to be signed and submitted. 4. Approve meeting agenda for January 16, 2025. 5. Approve minutes from November 14, 2024. 6. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) Ratify payments of check #204 to UACD in the amount of $1425 for Annual Dues and check #205 to Tracy Balch for 2nd quarter (Oct-Dec) clerk contract in the amount of #1050. These payments were made in December when the board cancelled their meeting. c) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board. d) Bank Statements and QB Financial report. 7. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the Local Work Group that will be held February 18, 2025, in Richfield at the USDA Service Center. c) Tree Program d) UACD Training e) Other information 8.
