NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday January 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - A request for a Conditional Use approval for development of a new site for Complete Natural Products and a Special Exception related to parking between the proposed building and the street at 875 North Lagoon Drive (SP-7-24). - A recommendation of a Schematic Subdivision for Miller Meadows Phase 10 consisting of 6 lots on 2 acres at approximately 400 South and 555 West (S-19-24).
