Present: Janette Nielsen, Jesse Pennepacker, Erin Beckman, Andrea Rizzo, Kevin Barnes, and Cindy Loth.

Wyatt and Kellly from Ensign called in, will pay last payment tonight. About $70,000 left in grant plus interest earned. Brad is waiting for transducer, probably 3 months. out (March). Rebel auto Pat Bendall #3 $9500, Red Lions, $6500.Labor $10.20 3 phases. Diesel or propane. We should get a trailer, so we can transport between well pump houses.

Agenda: Discuss capitol games plan. 4th Av and 3rd Av will have top priority, for a loop. 3 Pipeline valves, we will have a bid by next months meeting. We need to get a water sample from Cindy Loth. Sample for heavy metals to be done this summer. Navajo Hills set up an escrow account from county $14,500. Sitla will pay for perk test. The retaining wall needs to be removed on Able and Primara. Jason D. will be paying his bill in 3 payments due to a leak in October.
