AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Jason Gould, the duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its January 7, 2025, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-1: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE OGDEN MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY AND READOPTING CHAPTER 1-8 TO MODIFY CAMPAIGN FINANCING DISCLOSURE PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210 during regular business hours.
The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State law on this 13th day of January 2025.
