DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA AMENDED
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. December 18, 2024.
2. Conditional Use Permit
A. I-1 INDOOR BATTING CAGE FACILITY. This proposal involves Conditional Use approval for an indoor batting cage facility to be located at 1432 West 3470 North.
3. Annexation
A. 920 WEST ANNEXATION. The proposal involves a request for annexation into the city of approximately 6.57 acres located at approximately 920 West 200 North.
4. Site Plan
A. SPANISH FORK PARKWAY PHASE 2. This proposal involves landscaping improvements being made to City property located at 1350 North Spanish Fork Parkway.
5. Concept Review
A. CAMPOS FLEX SPACE CONCEPT.
B. MILLHEIM EASEMENT CONCEPT.
C. SOUTH MAIN COMMERCIAL CONCEPT.
6. Discussion
A. SPANISH FORK PARKWAY TRAFFIC SIGNAL 90%.
