The Mount Pleasant City Council held a regular meeting January 14th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Welcome --Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - Recorder 3. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Invoice Register: Dated 12/06/2024 to 01/10/2025 in the amount of $620,285.08 Approval of Requisitions as needed: 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor December 10th, 2024, 6:30 pm Regular City Council Meeting 5. Approval of Transaction Register: Dated 12/01/2024 to 12/31/2024 in the amount of $368.68 6. Approval of Ordinance #2025-01 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NORTH SANPETE ARTS COUNCIL IN MT. PLEASANT CITY. 7. Approval of Change Order Mount Pleasant Cemetery Bathroom in the amount of an additional $8,940.00 8. UAMPS Awards Presentation- Shane Ward 9. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
