- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Site Plan: Request by Elite Craft Homes for approval of the Stie Plan for the Arlo East Commercial Building to be located at approximately 1747 S Heritage Lane. The project comprises approximately 0.4 acre in the MXD zone. Plat Amendment: Request by Fort Street Partners for a Plat Amendment modifying the Antelope Station commercial subdivision, located at approximately 1562 S 3000 W - 1.82 acres in the GC zone.
