Description/Agenda: Cannonville Zoning Meeting Minutes January 8, 2025 Cannonvillle town held their second zoning meeting, Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 6pm in the town Hall. Public in Attendance: Erik McDonald, chair, Mark and Machele Nelson, Teresa and Geo Thompson, Brandon Ott, Bill Scoffield, John Morreale, and Trish Thompson. Planning Commission: Erik McDonald indicated that the recommendations, adjustments, and updates had been incorporated into the document and it's ready to be approved. The committee was apprised of those updates: Night sky lighting and guidance State guidelines for Ag fencing superseded local ordinance Structure height adjusted not to exceed 50 feet Native growth trees and replanting if removed Some architectural controls about color, size and blending Appeal process. Some minor changes were made, and the final ruff draft was made available to www.cannonville.gov for review. If no additional changes are needed, it will be reviewed at the next town council meeting, January 15th and ratified by vote. Eric McDonald's resignation was tendered and accepted.
