This memorandum is to inform you of a proposed zoning change regarding the property located at 182 S 400 W, commonly known as the Welch Property. Currently, the property has dual zoning designations of Residential Agricultural (RA) and Industrial (I), due to its partial location in the county before being annexed into the city in 2017.
