Election of officers / board member positions Declaration of Stipend Sewer board Representatives Chairman & Sewer Board Representative # 1 Vice Chairman Treasurer Sewer Board Representative # 2 Safety Water Rights Committee 5. Approve December 12th, 2024 meeting minutes. 6. Follow up December minutes: Burdick waterline extension Land purchase Uintah School District. 7. Report from staff: Water use fee For Burdick & Usage report Security for spring house and infrastructure Painted Hills Well Iron removal 2025 4 quarter finical review Annual year end reporting 8. Water Right Committee: Purchase of land and or water rights for future development and benefit of Maeser Discussion on canal stock assessment fees 9. Sewer board report: 10. Safety: Material Safety Data Sheets MSDS Toxic and harmful Chemicals Lighting for trucks 11. New Business: Rural Water conference attendance Consider Increasing Motel Hotel reimbursable expenses. Discussion on changes to Flag lots by Uintah County. Conflict of Interest Statement. 12 Closed Session: Motion to go into closed session for the purpose of Purchase, exchange, and lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if such discussion discloses the value or prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms. 13. Review of bills paid from 12/01/2024 to 12/31/2024. 14. Adjourn.
