CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Chair Preslar 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Christensen 3. Statement of Belief/Opening Prayer - Commissioner Chamberlain 4. Disclosures and Declaration of conflicts from Commission Members. B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of agenda order C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from December 11, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting. D. REPORTS: 1. Planning Chair, Valerie Preslar 2. Planning Commissioners 3. Planning & Zoning Administrator, Emily Teaters 4. Assistant City Manager, Darrin LeFevre E. BUSINESS ITEM(S): 1. Discussion and possible appointment of Planning Commission Chair for 2025. 2. Discussion and possible appointment of Planning Commission Pro Tempore for 2025. 3. Discussion on the Planning Commission Policies and Procedures Manual (Sections 11,12, and 13). F.
