Mark & Patty Woolsey - Request to address Council regarding encroachment onto city property. 3. Discussion and consideration of proposed Ordinance # 2025-1, establishing regulations for fences. 4. Discussion - Utah Public Officers' and Employees' Ethics Act. 5. Monthly financial report. 6. Continuing Business. a. Historic Preservation Commission. b. Sr. citizens van. c. Dog restrictions in parks. d. Proposed fence ordinance. e. Council projects list. f. Short-term rental ordinance. g. Inland Port project. 7. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Bigelow. 10. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (December 11th Regular Meeting, December 12th Additional Meeting) 11. City Manager Kent Barton. 12. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
