Midway City Planning Commission Regular Meeting January 14, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., January 14, 2024, at the Midway City Community Center 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Regular Meeting - Liaison Report - staff reports to the Planning Commission regarding land use related items in Midway and the surrounding area. Call to Order - Welcome and Introductions; Opening Remarks or Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance. Regular Business 1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of December 10, 2024. 2. John Taylor is proposing an amendment to Chapter 16.13.170: Exception to Front and Side Setback Requirements. The proposed amendment would allow averaging the front setback of the nearest two dwellings within 150 feet on the same side of the street. a. Discussion of the Code Text Amendment b. Public Hearing c. Possible recommendation to the City Council 3. John Ace Money, representative for Pine Canyon Development LLC, has submitted a final application for a large-scale subdivision to be known as Kastle Court Subdivision. The final plan includes seven lots on 4.62 acres. The property is in the R-1-15 zone and R-1-22 zone at approximately 800 Pine Canyon Road. a. Discussion of the Final Application b. Possible recommendation to the City Council 4. Adjournment
