3. Updates on Midway Open Space actions. Certified Land Trusts (CLT's) and land owner updates requests.

a. Review of City Council work session on December 17th. Mayor Johnson (invited), Councilman Payne and
staff comments. Plans for public involvement regarding new bond and communications with residents
and partners in near term.
b. Utah Open Lands- Wendy Fisher (invited). Discussion regarding Midway projects and Heber Valley
issues.
c. Preserve Midway- Brad Winegar (invited). Comments regarding 2025 plans and opportunities for
partnership with City initiatives.
4. Wasatch Open Lands Board- Steve Stevens. Discussion regarding Wasatch Co. actions and funding.
5. Summit Lands Cons.- Cheryl Fox (invited). Update on Heber Valley and Wasatch Back open space
issues.
