3. Consent agenda*:
(a) Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the December 4th, 2024, meeting. Exhibit 1
(b) Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the December 5, 2024, public hearing. Exhibit 2
(c) Discussion and possible action to postpone the election of District officers until after the County Council either re-appoints two board members whose terms have expired or appoints others to fill those positions.
4. Discussion on steps to create a website for the district. Discussion leader: Will Seggos.
5. Training from County Financial Officer, Matt Leavitt
6. Discussion with County Manager, Shayne Scott, County Open Space Manager, Jessica Kirby, and Basin Recreation District Officials re. the proposed UOP Cemetery site. The discussion may include the creation of a sub-committee of stakeholders to analyze the UOP site and consider alternative sites. Exhibit 3
