- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Salt Lake Valley Solid Waste Management Council will hold its monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Meetings will be held at 2:00 pm via WEBEX, until further notice. Any changes to this schedule, or change in meeting location, will be noticed on the Utah Public Notice Website. Public notices and agendas are posted on the Utah Public Notice Website before each meeting.
