1. Approve minutes of December 2, 2024 (Regular meeting)
2. Approve minutes of December 9, 2024 (Special budget meeting)

D. Action Items: Discussion and Consideration (some for Recommendation to County Commission with approvals subject to limitation):
1. New language for Minimum Standards re: spacing between hangars or buildings and minimum square footage.
2. Adopt advertising policy.
3. Review of Airport Board Bylaws annually per county attorney's request.
4. Nomination and vote for Airport Board Vice Chair.
5. Accept State Grant for landscaping improvements and Dumpster enclosure - see map. $46,550 no local match.
6. Airport garages - reconsider placing on the edge of parking or approve cancellation of land lease.
7. Approve advertising for flights on airport billboard - Discover Moab banner is fading.
8. Approve FAA Required Title VI, DBE and CPP documents.
9. Approve ARINC lease renewal.
E. Discussion Items:
1. Approved 2025 budget.
2. Repair work to fix terminal foundation and affected interior walls.
3. FAA Required Title VI, DBE and CPP documents.
4. Discuss county funding for pavement in front of FBO hangars, fuel trucks and the drive through gate during apron reconstruction.
5. MOU with TSA for CCTV footage.
6. Terminal Roof Repairs, including the sandstone walls and gutter - rough estimate $40,000, need approval for funding before RFB.
7. Develop a comprehensive project list for the airport. The list would include all projects prioritized according to need and would include descriptions of the projects, cost estimates, funding sources and proposed begin dates.
8. Consider updating the Airport Board Bylaws to include (please attach the current Bylaws to the agenda):
a. Change the way the Board functions to a proactive and leadership-oriented body.
b. Additional Board members from Emery and San Juan counties.
9. Project Reports
a. Taxiway A1 Relocation - Construction to start in the spring.
b. Ramp expansion and taxi lane - late summer/fall.
c. Drive through gate replacement (FEMA Grant) - gate was delivered, installation TBD.
d. Economic Development is working with the Airport Director and Contour for airline advertising for 2024 funding.
e. Economic Development is assisting with creating entrance sign for CNY - possible grant funding available through the state.
f. Emergency Fence repairs completed - Fed Ex semi crash.
g. End of year numbers.
