- Summary of White City Ordinance No. 2025-O-01 On the 2nd day of January, 2025 the White City Council enacted Ordinance No. 2025-O-01 that adopts a new and updated version of Title 12 (Code Enforcement and Community Preservation) of the White City Municipal Code ('WCMC') and repeals and replaces in its entirety the prior version of Title 12.
