NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for a zone change from A-1 (Agriculture, 1 acre minimum lot size) to RE-12.5 (Residential Estates, 12,500 ft.2 minimum lot size) on approximately 6,2 acres. The property is generally located on the east side of 3000 East and approximately 1800 South. The project will be known as Jasmine Fields Rezone. Case No. 2025-ZC-001.
