- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to amend the Atkinville Interchange Are Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is seeking approval of their design and site plan for a new building on the subject property. This property is generally located north of Southern Parkway on Desert color Parkway at approximately 4700 South. The applicant is MG2 and the representative is Terry Odle. The project will be known as Costco - South St. George. Case No. 2025-PDA-004.
