Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request made by Aamcor, LLC to change the zoning from GMRF-160 to Industrial on a 5-acre parcel (CARD-0344) of property he is considering purchasing in Section 26, Township 10 S, Range 3 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific parcel being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
