The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the new Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearings. City Center Zone Architectural Review Code Amendment The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 16, 2025, to receive public comments regarding a proposed text amendment in Francis City Code Section 18.57.060, City Center Zone Architectural Review. The amendment proposes increasing the limit on the maximum number of building stories in the City Center Zone from three to four. Town Center Hotel Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 16, 2025, to receive public comments regarding a conditional use permit for a proposed hotel near 2217 South Spring Hollow Road in the Town Center Development. Town Center Restaurant with Alcohol Service Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 16, 2025, to receive public comments regarding a conditional use permit for a proposed restaurant serving alcohol near 2217 South Spring Hollow Road in the Town Center Development. Town Center Drive Through Restaurant 1 Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 16, 2025, to receive public comments regarding a conditional use permit for a proposed drive through restaurant near 98 E 2200 S in the Town Center Development. Town Center Drive Through Restaurant 2 Conditional Use Permit The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 16, 2025, to receive public comments regarding a conditional use permit for a proposed drive through restaurant near 98 E 2200 S in the Town Center Development.
