WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING JANUARY 15, 2025 at 4:00 PM West Valley City Hall 3600 Constitution Blvd West Valley City, UT 84119 A Study Session will be held in City Hall, Suite 220, on Wednesday, January 8th at 3:30 pm. The Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers January 15th at 4:00 pm, proceeded by a pre-meeting at 3:30 pm. You can also attend the meeting electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83896786911 Preliminary application information will be available at https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be available by 12:00 pm on Monday, January 13, 2025. Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments. GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION GPZ-8-2024 Petition by DAI requesting a General Plan change from Commercial/Light Manufacturing to Medium Density Residential (7 to 12 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agricultural, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 2996 South Redwood Road on 2.48 acres. CA-11-2024 Petition by KOBALT CONSTRUCTION requesting a conditional use amendment for outside storage of equipment and vehicles associated with a construction business. The property is located at 2412 South 3400 West on 1.00-acre total/.42 acres for storage and is zoned M (Manufacturing).
