FAYETTE TOWN 90 South 100 East HC 13 Box 300564 Fayette Utah 84630 Phone 435-528-5882 E-mail: fayette5882@gmail.com FAYETTE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY JANUARY 2, 2025 LOCATED AT FAYETTE TOWN HALL AT 7PM FACILITATED BY MAYOR JED BARTHOLOMEW CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PRAYER 1) REVIEW MINUTES 2) REVIEW EXPENDITURES 3) DANI TAYLOR WOULD LIKE SOME TIME TO ADDRESS THE TOWN ABOUT THE HOSPITAL AND THE PROGRESS THIS PAST YEAR. 4) A SUGESTION WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE TOWN'S CLERK ABOUT GETTING A TRASH BIN FOR THE TOWN HALL BECAUSE OF THE OVERFLOWING TRASH LATELY. 5) BREANNE WONDERED ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING WAS NEEDED FOR THE TOWN, THAT SHE COULD CHECK INTO FOR A GRANT. SHE WANTED TO DISCUSS THIS WITH THE CITIZEN'S. 6) THE 24TH OF JULY IS THE TOWN'S RESPOSIBILITY THIS YEAR. WE AS THE TOWN COUNCIL NEEDS TO CHOOSE A COMMITTEE TO BE IN CHARGE OF THIS FOR THE 2025 SEASON. ANY SUGGESTIONS? 7) WE NEED TO ADDRESS 'HOUSE BILL 20' 8) WE NEED TO REAVALUATE THE FEES FOR THE CEMETERY FOR THOSE THAT HAVE LIVED HERE AND SERVED IN THIS TOWN THAT HAVE MOVED AWAY. 9) WATER REPORT: WELL C HAS BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SHUTTING OFF AND THEN TURNING BACK ON. WE NEED TO PAY SOMEONE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. ALSO REPORT ON THE WATER THIS PAST MONTH. 10) P&Z REPORT 11) TALK ABOUT THE HOME FAMILY SCHOOL USING THE BUILDING.WHAT PRICE WOULD WE CONSIDER TO RENT THE BUILDING FOR? 12) WE NEED TO DISCUSS ABOUT THE CHANGES ON THE 'CONFLICT OF INTEREST' ORDINANCE.
