- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Howell Town Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on January 14, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center - 16020 N 17400 W - Howell, Utah - on rezoning property located between 16515 N 18000 W and 16585 N 18000 W from A-20 to RR-1. All interested residents are invited to attend.
