A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. Appeal of a Zoning Violation at approximately 1807 S 1900 E - Susan Klinker, the property owner, is appealing a Notice and Order issued by Civil Enforcement for the above-listed property. The Notice and Order alleges that the property is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance for landscape maintenance in a residential district. The subject property is zoned R-1/7000 (Single Family Residential), and is located within Council District 7, represented by Sarah Young.
