NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Altamont Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 9th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the admin building 15588 W 4000 N Altamont. The hearing is to receive public comment concerning proposal to vacate a section of road.
Property Description All or a portion of any roads, streets, easements and right-of-way associated with the road 4200 North (200 N) near the intersection of 15675 W (100 W) going west to the end of the road.
