- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Ephraim City ('City') hereby gives notice of the City's intent to dispose of real property owned by the City (the 'Property'). The Property consists of Parcels 6099,6100,6103,6104, which are located at approximately 600 West Larsen Lane, and parcels 6084, 6087, 6090 located at approximately 400 S 600 W Ephraim, Utah. The City will hold a public hearing prior to the decision to dispose of the Property. The public hearing will be held on January 15, 2025, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council chambers in Ephraim City Hall, located at 5 South Main St., Ephraim, UT. All interested persons are invited to attend. After receiving public comment, if any, the City Council may make a decision on the disposal of the Property.
