PUBLIC HEARING
From 6:30-7:00 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025 in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 N. State, the Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold a hearing to review the individual chapter sections for adoption by the City Council and Mayor:
Land Use Ordinance
Chapter 3.6 F&G - conditional use permit review/expiration
Chapter 7.3-8 J - short-term rentals in the 'historic' business
district (allow in all of Business Commercial Zone)
Chapter 7.2 - rules to allow short-term rentals in Residential
Agriculture Zone
Chapter 7.5 - rules to allow short-term rentals in Sensitive Lands
Zone
The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing. Public comments are encouraged, but may be restricted if the Planning Commission Chairperson deems it necessary to accomplish the Commission's scheduled tasks.
