- PUBLIC NOTICE 2025 MEETING SCHEDULES Notice is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold their official City Council meetings at Orangeville City Hall, 25 North Main, on the second Thursday of each month during the year 2025. Meetings will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. on the following: January 9 April 10 July 10 October 9 February 13 May 8 August 14 November 13 March 13 June 12 September 11 December 11 Youth City Council will hold their official meetings on the third Thursday of every month for the year 2025. Meetings will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. on the following dates: January 16 April 17 July 17 October 16 February 20 May 15 August 21 November 20 March 20 June 19 September 18 December 18 Planning & Zoning will hold their official meetings on the first Thursday of every month for the year 2025. Meetings will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates: January 2 April 3 July 3 October 2 February 6 May 1 August 7 November 6 March 6 June 5 September 4 December 4 All meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend. Anyone wishing to be placed on the agenda for any of the above-mentioned meetings may do so by calling for an appointment at City Office no later than the Wednesday @ 5:00 pm preceding the scheduled meeting.
