NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Wellington City will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday January 1, 2025 at the Wellington City Hall located at 150 West Main Street in Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 P.M. and the agenda shall be as follows: Agenda Item 1: Roll Call Agenda Item 2: Approval of Minutes Agenda Item 3: Review Subdivision Plan, create recommendation for City Council Agenda Item 4: Brian Bahr Subdivision - property annexation discussion Agenda Item 5: Review Bernie Morris lot variance Agenda item 6: BS Cornhole Tee's Business License application review - David Adair Owner Agenda Item 7: MGL Builder LLC Business License application - Gabino Lara Rodriguez owner Agenda Item 8: Mike Hageman/Emily Marston property variance Agenda Item 9: Look at ordinance for RV living on private property Agenda Item 10: Officially determine term end dates for Planning Commissioners Agenda Item 11: Education of Planning and Zoning commissioners Agenda Item 12: City Council Follow Up Agenda item 13: Adjourn Barbara Clendennen Planning and Zoning Commissioner and Secretary In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person needing auxiliary services for this meeting should call Nicole Oveson at 435-637-5213 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. A copy of this notice was emailed to the ETV10News, a newspaper of circulation within Carbon County, to Radio Station KOAL/KARB and Emery Telcom.
