Approved Minutes of the Southwestern Special Service District Meeting held on November 21, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, Winchester Hills, Utah I. Call to Order A. Invocation - Ferris Emery B. Pledge of Alleigiance - Don Ruesch C. Attendance - Rich, Ferris, Don, Kathy, Cheryl and Chief Christensen II. Public comments No Public in attendance III. Reports A. Fire Cheif's report - 6 calls 4 medical and 2 tra c accidents, seitched to radios from UCA 8 handheld and 3 for the trucks, poured more concrete the other washed out with rain, Trunk or treat went well, Christmas party Dec. 7, 2024 at 11:00 am brunch RSVp to Cheryl, Santa Claus light parade 21st of December. B. Aprrove September 2024 minutes Don made ,otion to approve the September 2024 minutes, Rich 2nd that motion approved unanimously. IV. Approval of Financial Reports A. Approve financial reports - Don made motion to approved the financial reports, Kathy 2nd that motion approved unanimously. b. Bills - Electric, gas, 2 months Tatum, tax bill, credit card bill. Don made a motion to approve bills, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unanimously. V. Business A. Public hearing date - December 19th at 7 pm at the fire station, Post on fire station door along with proposed budget for 2025. Ferris made a motion to adjourn, Cheryl 2nd that motion approved unanimously. Next scheduled meeting is on December 19, 2024 at 7:00 pm
