Description/Agenda: On December 11, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Oakley City Council meeting, Ordinance 2024-03 was formally adopted and is effective as of this posting date, December 26th, 2024. ORDINANCE 2024-03 The intent of this ordinance is to amend the Oakley City Land Use and Development Code regarding City Subdivision regulations into compliance with legislation adopted in SB 174 during the 2023 Utah State Legislative Session. This legislation imposes several changes to the subdivision review process and procedures necessitating amendment to the City's current development code respectively Titles 13 and 14. This ordinance is available in its entirety for viewing at the Oakley City offices, located at 960 West Center Street, Monday through Thursday during the hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
