- The Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of making adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
