NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Consider a proposed PDR Zone Amendment and Project Plan application for the undeveloped property located on the corner of Rachel Drive & Affirmation Drive (Parcels #SC-6-2-9-4402 and #SC-6-2-4-340). The applicant, Dustin Garr, New Wave Construction, proposes to develop the site per the overall Solace preliminary subdivision plat which includes 56 townhome units on 8.16 acres. This equates to a density of 7.2 units per acre. The overall Solace preliminary subdivision plat also includes 128 single-family lots to be developed in six (6) project phases. Currently, Phases 1, 2, & 3 (north of the subject property) are under construction, with several homes completed. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have about the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Chris Shelley at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
