Description/Agenda: CLINTON CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been scheduled for the following item to be heard by the Clinton City Planning Commission on January 2, 2025 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Clinton Council Chambers at City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah. Review and possible action on text amendments to Title 28, Clinton City Zoning Ordinance, allowing accessory building coverage on a parcel or lot in the A-1 (Agricultural) zone containing a residential structure to not exceed 15% of the gross lot area as opposed to 10% of the gross lot area. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
