PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD VACATION PETITION Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a road vacation petition. The Applicant, Summit Range & Livestock is requesting to vacate portions of the following public roadways: Icy Springs Road, Coal Hollow Road, Spring Creek Road, and Lewis Canyon Road The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, February 12, 2025 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N.
