PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD VACATION PETITION Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a road vacation petition. The Applicant, Wesley Siddoway is requesting to vacate portions of the following public roadway: Highway Project No. 147B The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, January 22, 2025 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N.
