Description/Agenda: HINCKLEY TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hinckley Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM In the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive comments on the Subdivision Ordinance Amendments to amend Hinckley Town Code, Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 19 Subdivisions, to comply with the State of Utah laws regarding the division of land.
