1. SELECT '2025' CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN
2. ORCHARD AVENUE ESTATES MINOR SUBDIVISION-MORGAN SHAVER;
Consider a four lot minor subdivision for Morgan Shaver located approximately at 860 South Field Road, Richfield, Utah.
3. AMENDED RENTMEISTER MINOR SUBDIVISION-PHIL and JANIS HAROLD;
Consider a two lot amended minor subdivision for Phil and Janis Harold located at approximately Country Lane and Sierra Vista Road, Joseph, Utah.
4. BAR J RANCH MINOR SUBDIVISION-BAR J FAMILY RANCH, LLC;
Consider a two lot minor subdivision for the Bar J Family Ranch, LLC located approximately off of Gooseberry Road, Fish Lake, Utah.
5. SINGLE TREE MINOR SUBDIVISION-JEROME and KATHLEEN BLACK;
Consider a two lot minor subdivision for Jerome and Kathleen Black located at approximately 3205 North Farm Road, Venice, Utah.
