Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-24-013, Leezanna Hill, on behalf of Jordan and Scott Ebbott, is requesting to expand a noncomplying structure by extending the northeast roofline to cover an expanded balcony at 4531 S Mathews Way.
