- SUN STONE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Revised Public Meeting Agenda December 23, 2024 at 10:30 AM or as soon as practicable thereafter Anchor Location: 8371 S. State Street, Ste. 202 Sandy, UT 84070 The Board of Trustees of the Sun Stone Infrastructure Financing District (the 'District') will meet in public session to hold its Board Meeting on December 23, 2024 at 10:30 AM or as soon as practicable thereafter. The meeting will be an in person meeting with the anchor location held at 8371 S. State Street, Ste. 202, Sandy, UT 84070. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. The Agenda includes the following items: AGENDA 1. Welcome and call meeting to order. 2. Approval of minutes from November 15, 2024 board meeting 3. Approval of minutes from December 16, 2024 board meeting 4. Public Hearing Items a. Tentative 2025 budget 5. Discussion/Action Items a. Approve and authorize acquisition of real property for public infrastructure from initial property owners as identified in bond documents and related approval resolution. b. Adoption of tentative budget as final budget. 6. Potential closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the sale or purchase of real property, and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed). 7. Adjourn
